A clearer path to healthier-looking hair

Hair changes can have more than one cause. We start with a personal consultation, review your scalp and goals, and build a plan around what is appropriate for you.

Your plan starts with the full picture

Thinning can relate to genetics, aging, hormones, stress, nutrition, medications, or changes in the hair-growth cycle. We review your concerns, timeline, scalp condition, routine, and health history before discussing options. Recommendations are individualized and may require medical clearance or referral.

Scalp assessment

Begin with a close look at the scalp and a conversation about shedding, thinning, irritation, and recent changes.

Personalized options

Your provider explains appropriate in-office and at-home support for density, thickness, scalp health, and the follicle environment, with realistic next steps.

Progress follow-up

Hair support takes consistency. Follow-up visits help document progress and adjust the plan when appropriate.

01

Consult

Share your history, goals, and what you have already tried.

02

Plan

Review suitable options, timing, home care, and whether referral is needed.

03

Reassess

Track changes over time and refine the plan with your provider.

Who is a hair restoration consultation for?

It is a starting point for adults concerned about thinning, shedding, scalp health, or changes in hair density. A consultation does not guarantee that a specific treatment is appropriate.

What does a scalp-focused hair plan involve?

It focuses on supporting the scalp and the environment around the hair follicle. Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles involved in cell-to-cell communication, and researchers are studying their potential role in that environment. Exosome products are not FDA approved to treat hair loss, and results vary.

How does scalp microneedling fit into a hair plan?

Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels and activates a repair response in the scalp. When appropriate, a provider may pair it with an exosome-based product as one part of a personalized plan; this does not guarantee new hair growth.

What will my provider review?

Your provider may review the pattern and history of thinning, medications and supplements, hormonal or lifestyle changes, scalp health, previous treatments, and your goals. Additional evaluation or another hair-loss approach may be recommended.

How quickly will I see a change?

Hair growth cycles take time, and timelines vary by person and plan. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations after evaluating your concerns.

Can every type of hair loss be treated at Glow?

No. Some patterns require evaluation by a primary-care clinician, dermatologist, or another specialist. Glow will recommend referral when that is the safer next step.
